Market Leader in Aluminum Extrusion is seeking a press operator. Job Requirements include:

• Prepares and packs customer orders for shipment
• Observes safety rules and practices; reports any unsafe acts or conditions to supervisor
• Inspects metal and counts pieces
• Packs metal according to printed customer specifications
• Ensures correct count of pieces is displayed on packed bundles
• Works in 2-person teams to handle heavy packing jobs
• Performance is measured against established productivity goals
• Maintains clean and orderly workplace
• Observes safety rules and practices; reports and unsafe acts or conditions to supervisor

Minimum Requirements:

• Able to read tape measure and count pieces.
• May be required to work flexible hours or overtime, including weekends.

Personal Protective Equipment Requirements:

• Ear plugs, safety glasses, gloves, long pants, steel-toed shoes (reimbursed up to maximum shoe allowance after probationary period)
• Observes safety rules and practices; reports any unsafe acts or conditions to supervisor.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.

Must have flexible schedule and weekends are required. Valid driver’s license needed.

• 1st shift – 5am – 3pm Monday - Saturday
